Phone Booth Placard Zone 3 9-1937

Bell System frame and phone booth placard. The frame screws to the wall of the booth, the cardboard sign slides in from the right and a glass panel over it. These signs were changed from time to time. They usually had some kind of instructions like how to dial for example or telephone company advertising. This one from 1937, New York City had dialing instructions for 5 cent calls.
